The Partner Portal is an application created by FutureEd Solutions to help you with the enrollment process and many more things as we release additional features. We started with a few simple goals in mind.

While the goals are simple, we all know the enrollment process can be complex and the needs of every student are different.
The Portal will be your single place to make all additions, changes, and removal of student registration and course enrollment with FES. This information will also be used to drive billing back to your district.
FES Partner Portal will be used to drive billing to your district. It's critical that you enter requests in a timely fashion to avoid being overcharged.

The Page Header is consistent across all parts of the FES Partner Portal. As the name implies, it's the section across the top of the page. It's used to provide consistent navigation options, school branding options, and easy access to the help documentation.
Let's break down the Page Header to better understand its parts. Starting with the left side of the Page Header, you see the three blue lines, also known as the "hamburger menu" which is the main menu for the Portal.
To the right of the menu icon is a place for school branding. During your schools' setup, our administrators will link your school logo and school name to your account. In this example you see the FutureEd Solutions logo and

The School Dashboard is the hub for your enrollment information and request. Most requests can start from here, while also providing you with a consolidated view of key information. In the following sections, we'll walk through what information the Dashboard provides and what actions you can initiate.

Registration is simply providing basic student information needed to get a student started with FES online courses. Students can be registered in one of two simple ways.

Download the import template and enter student information in the fields required.
This is a .csv file. Save it in the same file forman (csv) and name it uniquely each time. Example - File Naming convention: SchoolName_Studentregistration_august12
Note: IEP/504 Field is a TRUE or FALSE Field. If a student has an IEP or 504 Plan indicate "TRUE", otherwise indicate "FALSE".
After adding all the data into the template and saving it using the naming convention above.. Return to the Dashboard and click the upload icon in the orange box .
Verify upload by returning to your Dashboard and viewing the "Pending Request" Section.
Click on the course to select both "A" and "B" or click just "A" or just "B". They will populate in the Selected Course List. To undue a course from the Selected Course List, click on it.
Once you've selected all the student's courses, review and verify them and then click Submit & Close (ends the enrollment process for student and returns you to the Dashboard) or Submit & New ( continues enrolling the student into additional courses.

From the School Dashboard screen, select the student's name from the Active Student box.
Within the Course Status box, select the course to withdraw.
A pop-up box will open asking you whay type of change you would like to make. Select "Withdraw" from the dropdown list.
Click Submit.
ALL requests need to be made through the FES Partner Portal.
If a student was previously in a course you have to Reinstate the course from the Student Detail screen?
How can I report an issue?
Issues or bugs should be reported by sending an email to [email protected]. In order to get the best help possible, please provide as much context on how you encountered the bug.
User can change password from their profile settings.
To change your password, go the the hamburger menu as shown below in the orange box.
Once clicked, the menu items pop-up as shown below. Click, "Your Profile" to change your password.
Next, a new pop-up page will appear for your to follow the prompts to change your password.
Viewable on your Dashboard. Mentors can monitor status of enrollments by FES. Pending indicates "not enrolled" yet.
Pending requests indicates the enrollments you requested that have NOT been processed by FES yet.
Tell us who you are and add your picture. You can edit information and change your password.
This section shows you all students that have taken a course with FutureEd since school year 2020-21. We keep this data in the Portal to reduce the data entry burden on you. If you'd like any of these students to take a course, simply move them to an active status.
You can scroll through the course list and click the courses the student has requested. They will show up in the "Selected Course List" column on the same screen. Note: Clicking on the course name selects the full course (both A and B sections). If the student only needs one semester of a course then select either "A" or "B" respectively. Click "Submit & Close" if you are finished with that student's enrollments. By clicking Submit & New, you will continue enrolling the same student in additional courses.

The Course Enrollment Pop-up enables you to make selections from the Course Catalog.
The New Course Enrollment Pop-up shown below can be triggered to appear from in a few locations within the Partner Portal. The pop-up has three sections.
Date Selection Box - four date selection fields located under the pop-up title Course Selection Box - the main body containing the Course List and Selected Course List Submission Button Box - two buttons near the bottom of the pop-up

Student Active/Inactive state needs to be changed from the Dashboard. Select the check box next to the student name, then select the green "Set to Active" or red "Set to Inactive" button.

Information in this area is optional. If you provide First name, Last name, and email, a guardian account will be set up that is associated with the student.
Submit & Close - will submit the current student information and return you to the School Dashboard screen.
Submit & New - will submit the current student information, then present you with a fresh New Student Information screen to enter information for the next student.
Submit & Enroll - will submit the current student information, then present you with the course selection window for the student just registered.
You must enter a grade level for every student. You will not be able to enroll them in a course without a grade level.
